Cool, thought that was you. I'm up here in central Oregon now. Ever hear from Walter much. I know he was planning to move too. Glad you found our little forum. It is slowly developing. I haven't been on the BBF for some time. Guess I should stop by more often and catch up. Anyway glad you found us.

Hi BC,
Thanks for the message ... and thanks for stopping by and for your friendship.

Hope you get better soon, Bruce. I had my bout with the creepin' crud a few weeks back. I'm still not 100%, but maybe 90% now. Ya just don't bounce back like you did when you was a kid! See ya soon.

Yes I do. I post my play lists on several spots...including the Breakfast With the Blues MySpace page, the BoogieKing MySpace, Blindman Blues Forum and on yahoo blues dj list. There is NO GUARANTEE that I will play it though...but they will go into the blues library at KRVM and it can be accessed by 7 other blues DJs

Wow. So that's why so much feeling comes through in Angels of November. My mom died in 85, in December, right before Christmas; I can sure relate to the sadness. Mom came to me in spirit after a while, 9 years I guess it was, when I was going through an awful dilemma about ending my marriage, and assured me it would be okay. Actually, she was accompanied by the spirits of the mother and father of my husband, too, and they all gave me the it's okay message, and the message that it would be about four years til things were back to normal. I really should have listened better ... I reconciled with him, and it took ten more years of feeling bad to convince me.
I had a great friend, Miki Robinson, from Eugene ... she passed on before I could get there, I drove like a bat out of hell, only to arrive too late. She had joined The Rainy Day Blues Society in Eugene shortly before that, and Christine Hutchinson, one of our COBS members, did everything in her power to get the RDBS members together to raise some money for the 3 boys who lost their Mom, by getting a Benefit Blues Concert going over there. I was awed and amazed by what they did, and so grateful ... that money really helped the boys out at a time when they needed it. I'm hoping that COBS can be the same kind of organization.
Thanks so much for uploading some of your music, Bruce ... haven't listened to all of it yet but so far November She Cried is my fave ... heart wrenching :)

I don't do downloads...we use CDs. So if ya got a CD you can send it. Downloads, slim line cases and burned CDs get lost at our station.
