About Me:

I am on the CBA Board as Secretary and an avid Blues fan. The description in this case of "avid" means enthusiastic in pursuit of an interest.". I am a strong supporter of keeping the blues alive and flowing. I volunteer on a local level in Portland and also go to Memphis for a couple of events sponsored by the Blues Foudation. I have also went to the Helena, Arkansas Festival for the past 5 yrs.

Can we pick your brain occasionally? We are going to start trying to have monthly (?) meetings and will need to get a pres, v/p, sec, treasurer, etc. So many things - so little experience!

Plans for the spring include a genuine, official meeting (perhaps a board of directors?), battle of the bands, raffles, blues in the park - whatever!! Everything is a bit ephemeral right now (can you say "vaporware"?). Your input will be very valuable and, last but not least, GIT 'ER DONE!!!
