Old Santa Cruz Calif guitar player. Worked the clubs playing R&B in the bay area with guys like Jerry Miller, Carmen Grillo..to name a few. Came to Reno in 77 and playing the casinos took the passion away. Good living then but... No fun at all. Still play everyday but 20 years was long enough doing it for a living.

I'm working on a CD with my brother in TX. I'm Not selling it. When it's done, I'm giving it away free to anyone that wants to listen. I spent 20 years playing for a living and people supported me. Now maybe..... I can give something back....Call it a stimulus CD.. maybe others will get the idea. Jerry Miller.. I know you're there. Remember Ken Corday and the Crazy gigs we played? Unfortunately, I haven't gigged with any of them, cuz all I play is CD's!! Went to a club in Santa Cruz a couple of time (the name escapes me - Alzheimer's?) - good blues spot though and caught a few good acts there. SF, Oakland, Modesto, Sonora, and Sacto were my main "hangouts" before I moved up here!

There is a COBS meeting this sunday at Grover's (if ya need directions lemme know) at 6pm. If you're still in Reno and can't make it - we understand. It'll be our 3rd meet - we're still new and kinda floating around but, hopefully, this one will be productive one.
