About Me:

I was born August 18, 1994. I have been has studying, practicing, and simply working hard at developing my talent as a guitarist, singer, and performer since the age of 9. My early influences were Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, and the three Kings (Freddie, Albert, and BB). My current influences are Joe Bonamassa, John Mayer and Derek Trucks, just to name a few. Over the past several years I have had the good fortune of making friends with some outstanding like-minded musicians interested in performing together as the Gunnar Roads Band. From San Francisco to Seattle, me and my band mates are keeping ourselves busy performing at well attended venues throughout the Northwest. Venues like: San Francisco’s Biscuits & Blues, Tacoma’s Jazzbones, Seattle’s Egans, Ashland’s Rogue Valley Blues Festival, Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival, and the Bite of Seattle, are places that have enjoyed what me and my band mates bring to the stage. I've managed to attract some attention from the media, as well as music industry professionals on my journey so far. One highlight for the Gunnar Roads Band was being nominated for a 2007 Cascade Blues Association Muddy Award for "Best New Act", while a personal highlight for me was being nominated for two consecutive years (2008 & 2009) for Portland Music Awards in the category of "Outstanding Achievement in Blues". My goal is to follow my dream and play for as long as I can.
