Blues Quarter performance dates for the month of Feb. 2008.

Hop aboard the blues train! These five veteran musicians will take you
on a tour of a broad musical landscape of Blues, R&B and Soul. They put
their own spin on classics from the Jump Blues of Louis Jordan to the
contemporary styling’s of Robin Ford, Tommy Castro and Tab Benoit. The
tracks swing through Motown and Kansas City, then straight on to New
Orleans for a spicy gumbo of infectious danceable grooves.

This weekly event at the Northside Bar & Grill is hosted by Gnarly Charly and the Northside Allstars. Sign-up for the "Spirit of the Blues" open Jam is 7:00 p.m. Showtime is at 7:30.

COVO has announced that the Blues Quarter performance scheduled for Sat. Feb. 9th @ the Bend Community Center is canceled.

We will continue to keep you informed of Blues Quarter performances.

OK maybe COVO sucks! ! We wil have to re-adjust our plans for Saturday. Gonna try to catch Leif at the Winterfest
(bundled and layered accordingly). What then? Have to wait and see! Any explanation on the cancellation?
